Work can be carried out on hourly rates, day rates, fixed prices, or estimate prices.

For hourly rates, charges begin with the first hour cost (including the callout fee), and then increase in 30 minute increments.

Any emergencies attended during normal working hours (7am-7pm) are charged at the standard rates applicable to that day.

E.g. We attend an emergency call for a burst pipe at 9am on a Tuesday, and complete the job within 1.5 hours. The total charge would sum £110 + any materials used.
